Breakfast for success
Gen Z to Traditionalists: How to Successfully Manage Five Generations in the Workplace
For the first time in history, today’s workplace has five generations working together. We know them as Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Gen X, Millennials, and now Gen Z. This is a recipe for both extraordinary collaboration and mind-bending dysfunction.
Join us in the Auditorium at Buckhead Church on January 31 from 7:00–8:30 a.m. for a breakfast event hosted by Andy Stanley. Our guest speaker is generational expert Dr. Tim Elmore. Tim will walk us through the various generations and discuss what they value, how they communicate best, what leaders must do to connect well with each, and how to equip them to work as high performing teams.
