Color temperament training

Words are powerful.

You’ve probably felt the sting of a careless comment from a coworker or experienced hurtful criticism from a supervisor. Also, you’ve likely whispered office gossip you wish you could take back or said something in a heated meeting you regretted after.

On the brighter side, a charming remark may have led you to love, or praise from your boss may have been a turning point in your career.

Have you ever wondered why those words stuck with you? What makes a compliment so meaningful, an insult so powerful?

Join us on June 18 from 10:00–11:30 a.m. for a professional development opportunity for you and your team with communication expert Kathleen Edelman. Kathleen will walk us through the different temperaments, how your wiring affects the words you say and hear, which words you need to hear to be the best version of you, and which words you can say to bring out the best in others.
